Caro, oferece muito pouco e localização ruim

É uma casona velha muito be reciclada com materiais de alta qualidade. E não tem muito mais de positivo para comentar.

Um hotel onde foi feito um grande investimento e está muito mail administrado. Chegamos num domingo pela tarde e nem jelo tinham num restaurante e bar que fica fechado aos Domingos e Segundas. A limpeça de pisos e área de restaurante (toalhas etc.) deixa muito a desejar. A localização não é prática para nada.

O quarto era no último andar e tinha iluminação natural,...

O quarto era no último andar e tinha iluminação natural, maravilhoso! Além da vista para o mar! E todo o pessoal muito simpático! Com certeza indico!!

Tivemos um pequeno problema com o chuveiro, mas nada que atrapalhasse a viagem. E o café da manhã não tem muita variedade de coisas.

Not what expected

The staff are exceptional. They changed our rooms for us and were always accommodating. The restaurant was very good. Breakfast was included and was plentiful.

In the pictures, online, it looks like this place is on the water. It is not. Between the hotel and the water is a freeway and train tracks (which run all day and all night). The rooms are old and dated, but they do look onto the water. I did not get the room (either time) that I thought I was getting, as per the pictures online and upgrading to a full ocean view suite. It is in a decent location, about 10-15 drive into Vina Del Mar. Next time I would actually stay in the city of Vina Del Mar.

Nice view but location isolated from the centers of attraction of Viña.

The view, and the responsiveness of the staff.

The rooms on the top floor are built into the attic. Room is comfortable, but the bathroom is tricky. Have to be very careful not to hit your head on the beams. Also, maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. The saving grace is the staff, always responsive, and with a smile..they promptly took care of the deficiencies I pointed out

A brilliant end to our holiday.

We wanted to stay in a character property and they are rare in Vina del Mar. The sea view from our balcony was brilliant. The food in the roof top restaurant was excellent. Breakfast good. We found the reception staff to be so helpful with our forward bookings to providing ice for our G&T's. It was very friendly.

. Location required taxis into Vina del Mar.

The best room is located next to a “mirador “ which is public use and prompt to noisy people Parking is limited Some other hosts don’t think about lower floor rooms and make noise walking around

We stayed in the hotel on the birthday of my wife, as a courtesy of the house they served cake and Champagne. Also the drinks in the restaurant were for free. Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. Very good restaurant. The room had a nice large balcony with sea view.

Be aware that the beach road is busy and a little noisy.

lovely, cozy, small boutique hotel, excellent room, excellent restaurant and lovely staff

Very friendly staff. A lovely hotel, if you like small hotels. This has 10 rooms. If you do not feel like staying in the big chain hotels, this is a premium choice. Large room, nice view, romantic old building. The restaurant is really outstanding for setting, food quality (italian), service. Give you a special treat and have dinner at the hotel restaurant.

No problem for me, but there are 3 floors and no elevator.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The bed was amanzingly confortable. The view from de restaurant and deck is very beautiful.

The bathroom was big but not enough for the bathtub it had so the toilet was very tight. There was no air condicioning and it was a little warm in the room. The window in the bathroom was big and low, so we had to keep it closed to have privace. Its a little far from the beaches.

For the money, we expected more.

The hotel was nice overall. The view was absolutely beautiful. We especially enjoyed having a private terrace.

The bathtub was a deathtrap. It was a hot tub that shouldn't double as a standup shower. Standing up was risky. I nearly fell twice. Two of the four staff members we had interactions with were nice, with big smiles. The other two, not so much.

Excelente servicio

La preocupación que tuvieron para con mi desayuno. Sufro de intolerancia alimentaria al gluten y se dedicaron especialmente a preparar el pan de lino que puedo consumir y de proporcionarme todos los otros alimentos permitidos en mi alimentación, resultando desayunos realmente ricos y contundentes, a la habitación. :-)

El único detalle que puedo mencionar, es que sobre la cama estaba el detector de humo que prendía constantemente una luz roja, que me molestó un poco para dormir. Tuve que hacerme de un antifaz.

A very comfortable and pleasant stay

A well located and very comfortable Boutique Hotel. We had a very pleasant 4 nights in a Superior Ground floor room, which was excellent. The staff were superb, and couldn’t have been more helpful. Most spoke a little English, but Esta’s was excellent. The hotel is very close to the ‘Recreo’ railway station, which makes travel in the area cheap and easy. Would highly recommend

La tranquilidad del hotel y la amabilidad del personal, especialmente Fernanda y los muchachos del restaurant

Tuve problemas con el agua caliente, no pude usar la tina de hidromasajes y el aseo de la habitación y el baño me pareció deficiente, pero con una mayor supervisión se puede mejorar

Superó las expectativas

La verdad es que superó mis expectativas, el hidromasaje en la terraza de la habitación fue increible, agua caliente y buena (podrían agregar la espuma), la vista al mar y el desayuno a la cama sin ningún costo adicional fue la gota que lleno el vaso de felicidad. El personal muy atento y educado. Todo bien y muy recomendable!

El personal es lejos lo mas sobresaliente, es un hotel...

El personal es lejos lo mas sobresaliente, es un hotel boutique en una casa antigua refaccionada con buen gusto, por lo mismo hay situaciones de infraestructura que no se pueden mejorar, pero vista hermosa y bien ubicado. Fui a congreso en hotel Sheraton, frente a reloj de flores y me demoraba poco mas de 10 minutos caminamdo

El baño del 1er día tenia muy mal olor, supongo que por lo antiguo del alcantarillado, sin embargo me cambiaron al día siguiente a una pieza mejor respetando precio de la primera

Decepcionante por el servicio de restaurante

Las habitaciones están bien. El hotel es acogedor. Linda vista.

Un desastre total el desayuno: el personal del restaurante fue grosero con nosotros. Estábamos tomando desayuno y nos quedamos conversando unos momentos, leyendo. El personal del restaurante llegó y puso reggaetón a todo volumen, se pusieron a hablar groserías a todo pulmón (por la música) y les dio lo mismo que estuviéramos intentando descansar el sábado am en el desayuno. Parecía que querían que nos fuéramos rápido. Realmente es increíble la falta de respeto: nunca habíamos visto algo similar. La mala educación no tiene límites
